RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
1. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and
tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned/
replaced. You are eligible to return the product only if You return the product in the same
condition in which You received them.
2. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request return of your item.
3. Pack the product properly. The product shall be returned in its original packaging.
4. Please be aware that we do not accept returns and exchanges for any colour variations
due to light effect/ monitor settings, change of mind, etc. You may be assured that every
product goes through a quality check before its shipped.
5. We request our customers to refer to the size chart before purchase order.
6. For any size issues please write to us at alexandrafayestyle@gmail.com within 24 hours
of receipt of the product. We shall be eager to help you with exchange of the right size if
the product is available.
7. The return shipping costs to our store (Panjim, Goa) are at the buyer’s expense. We are
responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.
8. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
We will process the amount due for the returned product / products, excluding the
delivery costs, soon after.
9. In case of exchange, we will process the dispatch of the product soon after receiving the
returned package at the store. Any further instructions will be mentioned in the response
to the exchange request mail.
10. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during the return transit. It is the
customer's responsibility to pack the product properly to prevent any damage during
transit.
11. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition
you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
12. Should you receive a faulty product or not the product you ordered, send an e-mail with
a return request and product photos to alexandrafayestyle@gmail.com. We will send you
instructions on how to proceed within the next few business days following your request.
Insert the given details inside the package, otherwise we will NOT guarantee
reimbursement for the goods returned.
13. Please note: Ensure to package each order properly. If multiple orders are returned
inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will
not receive a refund for any non-eligible or damaged items returned.
14. We do not accept any returns, refunds, exchanges for any reasons in case of
international shipments.
15. Note:- Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
